These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of mobileledtruck.ca and to mobile LED billboard truck advertising services provided by Grow More Technology Group Corp. ("Grow More", "we", "us" or "our"). By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Grow More provides digital LED mobile billboard truck advertising, event and experiential marketing trucks, and related services across Canada. The specific details of each campaign, including dates, cities, routes, hours and pricing, are set out in a written quote or agreement between you and Grow More.

2. Quotes and Bookings

  • Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to truck availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only once you accept the quote in writing and any required deposit is received.
  • Prices on quotes are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated.

3. Payment

Payment terms, including deposits and due dates, are stated on your quote or invoice. We may pause or cancel a campaign if payment is not received on time.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your booking agreement. Changes to routes, dates or creative must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

5. Advertising Content

  • You are responsible for the ads you provide and confirm that you own or have permission to use all text, images, video, logos and music in them.
  • Ads must follow all applicable laws, including the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards and municipal bylaws.
  • We may refuse or remove any ad that we believe is illegal, misleading, offensive or harmful to our reputation.
  • Creative files must meet our technical specifications. We are happy to help with formatting.

6. Routes, Weather and Delays

We plan routes to maximize visibility, but actual routes and timing may change because of traffic, road closures, weather, police direction, local regulations, mechanical issues or other events outside our control. Where possible we will make up lost time or agree on another solution with you.

7. Reporting

Our trucks are GPS tracked, and we provide route logs and impression reports. Impression figures are estimates based on traffic data and are not a guarantee of results or sales.

8. Photos and Video

We may take photos or video of trucks displaying your campaign and use them in our portfolio, website and social media, unless you ask us in writing not to.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Grow More or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or interfere with its operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Grow More is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to a campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Grow More against any claims, damages or costs arising from the advertising content you provide or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
